Nesco Resource is now hiring for a 1st shift Electrical Assembler at a manufacturing facility in Gastonia.

Job Description:

• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings in order to assemble quality products
• Inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain electrical/electronic systems, circuits and equipment.
• Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth work operations
• Monitor inventory level of materials to notify supervisor of stock shortage
• Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
• Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies
• Verify specifications by measuring & inspecting completed component
• Resolve electrical problems by addressing issues to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
• Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting malfunctions
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing other duties as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work area

Pay:
Starting at $15-20.00/hr. We offer a range of benefits including 401k, healthcare, dental and vision while you are working towards your permanent employment.
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
